By registering an account, accessing, or using the PrimeLuno website, you consent to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies we provide. It is crucial to understand these documents as they govern your use of our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you meet these requirements. Please be aware that for regulatory purposes, citizens of the United States and Germany are not eligible to use our services.

Trading on PrimeLuno

Trading Fees

Fees may include spreads, commissions, and other charges. We will always disclose these fees to you before you execute a trade. By using our platform, you agree to pay any fees that apply to your transactions.

Trading Orders

You may place orders with us in accordance with these terms. However, we cannot guarantee that every order will be executed, and we are not responsible for any delays or errors in processing your orders.

Market Risks

Trading involves a high degree of risk, and you could lose your entire investment. PrimeLuno is not liable for any losses that result from your trading activities.

User Obligations

Legal Compliance

You must adhere to all applicable laws related to trading, taxes, and financial conduct.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform: market manipulation, insider trading, money laundering or financing terrorism, and the use of bots or any unauthorised automated tools.

You agree to provide us with information that is accurate and up-to-date, and you will promptly update it if anything changes.

Fees and Payment

Fees

Fees may include trading fees (spreads, commissions), withdrawal charges, and maintenance fees (if applicable). All fees will be disclosed to you before you confirm a transaction. We may also modify these fees at any time, but we will notify you beforehand.

Payment Methods

You can fund your account using options like bank transfers, cards, cryptocurrency, or other supported methods. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to our verification and compliance checks to ensure your safety.

If your account is terminated, any pending transactions or balances will still be due. You will lose access to the platform, and any open trades may be closed.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes, and your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

Bonus Terms and Conditions

Bonuses are applicable to only one account and are non-transferable.

To withdraw a bonus, you must trade a volume equal to the bonus amount divided by 4.

If the requirements are not met within 60 calendar days (44 trading days), the bonus will be removed from your account.

For example, if you deposit $1,000 and receive a $200 bonus, you must trade 50 lots (200 ÷ 4).

The bonus and any profits derived from it are only withdrawable after you have met the volume requirements.

Bonuses apply only to FX products and are limited to 100:1 leverage.

We may modify these bonus terms with prior notice.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are processed within 3 business days. Once approved, it may take 5–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank. If you have received a bonus, you must meet the volume requirement before we can process your withdrawal.

Disputes and Complaints

If you have any issues or disputes, please contact us via chat, email at [email protected], or by phone. We aim to resolve all cases within 48 hours.

Credit Accounts

If you receive credit from us, please be aware that you cannot withdraw funds until the full credit has been repaid. You also cannot use profits or existing balances to repay the credit.
